Return / Exchange Policy

At Reeti Patta, we want you to love every piece you buy from us. While we do not provide refunds, we do offer exchanges under specific conditions mentioned below.


1. Eligibility for Exchange

  • Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, you are eligible for an exchange.

    • Opening video (from start to finish while unboxing) is compulsory to claim an exchange for damaged items.

  • Size Issues: If the size doesn’t fit, you may request a size exchange (subject to product availability).


2. Conditions for Exchange

  • Exchange requests must be raised within [X days – usually 3–5 days] of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Exchanges will only be processed after the product is received and inspected by our team.


3. Shipping Costs

  • For damaged product exchanges: shipping costs will be borne by us (only if the opening video is provided).

  • For size exchanges: the customer is responsible for all shipping costs (both return & reshipment).


4. Important Note

  • All size charts are clearly mentioned on our product pages. Please check measurements carefully before placing your order.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability in the requested size.


5. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Products purchased on sale/discount or during special promotions are not eligible for exchange.

  • Customized or altered items cannot be exchanged.
